Welcome to Everbound the Mail Club.
If you’ve decided to join the club, first of all, yay and thank you! I'm so excited to have you! And whenever you need it, here’s everything you need to know about managing your Everbound membership.
You will receive an email on joining the club that links directly to your membership. Alternatively tap the little outline of a person on our home page to find your profile.

Tap 'Sign In' to enter your email address & you'll be emailed a 6 digit verification code to access your profile. Once logged in, you'll have two options. One to see your 'Orders' and the other to see your 'Profile.

Orders / This is where you can see your editions of Everbound from the past or present that you have paid for that are either complete or being processed.
Profile / This is your main information point if you need to change your contact or shipping details.
Now for the good stuff, your Membership!
On our main menu, you will find an About page, the Mail Club, our Shop and Members. Click Members to access your portal. This is where all of your membership details are located incase you want to oversee your payments, skip a payment one month or of course, if you wish to cancel your membership.
Your main subscription will look a little like this......

If you click 'edit subscription' you will get access to the full works of your membership.
Payments / When you initially join, a payment is immediately taken. All future payments will be scheduled for the 1st of every month. This then secures your edition of Everbound for that particular month ahead.
Billing Schedule / On your portal, you will also see your billing schedule for 6 months ahead, this is where you can opt to skip a payment that is scheduled if you would like to perhaps miss a month. Please note that this in the American way primarily using the MM/DD/YYYY format (my techy skills couldn't fathom how to switch it in all honesty) but basically, payments are taken from your account on the 1st of every month that you shall then receive the box within.
For example, payments taken on the 1st of June will be for June's Edition of Everbound.

Once payments have been taken on the 1st, you are not able to cancel or skip for that month as production of your box will start immediately.
Due to the nature of Everbound being a surprise each month, the boxes are non-refundable or returnable but what I can guarantee is that the retail value of will always be worth double the membership price of £11.11, if not more in most cases.
Of course if anything arrives faulty (which I should very much hope will never be the case) please do contact me via the contact page.
If more than one membership is desired, please set these up individually and add the recipient's name desired to the shipping address. Anything personalised in your Everbound box will use the name attached to the shipping address. I am unable to remake anything that arrives with an incorrect name if that is the one added to the original order.
Delivery / I've had ot make the difficult decision to add a delivery charge of £2.00 onto your membership each month. As you can imagine, there are so many charges before I even come to making anything for your Everbound box, from subscription fees to website costs and so much more. Introducing the small delivery charge helps cover the majority of the cost that I face when posting out your box. So your monthly total is £13.11.
Please Note: Hints towards the theme of the next edition of Everbound are only ever written in the letter that comes before and is not shared publicly online. This is all part of the nature & element of surprise that Everbound hopes to achieve.
Every month, I will always make more of that edition. This is to ensure I have stock available just incase any boxes go walkabouts in the post and I have to send out replacements. Any boxes then left over will be available to purchase at a much higher price point than our membership. This is to ensure that members are getting the exclusivity of Everbound but also the perks.
If a box proves to be successfully received, Darwin & Gray have the right to rerelease a secondary edition of any box, but please note that this will come at an increased price in comparison to the membership.
Individual items that make up each of the boxes of course remain as part of Darwin & Gray's intellectual property and so there may be times in the future when individual pieces are released as part of our core collection to be bought on their own. Never will this happen in the immediacy of a box being released.
